About The Position

The position involves installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in the commercial construction industry. The candidate must be able to interpret blueprints and manufacturer's specifications and may be required to train and instruct apprentice-level electricians. Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks efficiently are essential. The role requires following written and verbal instructions and using equipment and tools properly and safely. Employees may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day) and on weekends, with compensation based on the Fair Labor Standards Act guidelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in the commercial construction industry
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test
• Reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 certification
• A valid driver's record preferred
• Must have trade specific tools to perform required tasks

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
• Interpret blueprints and manufacturer's specifications
