Requirements
- 3+ years of licensed electrical experience in: Residential, Commercial, or Industrial
- High school diploma/GED
- Solid foundation in electrical installation and service work
- Expertise with single and 3-phase power systems
- Proficiency in raceway and conduit installation
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations
Nice To Haves
- Motor controls, lighting controls, or solar experience valued
- Low voltage systems knowledge appreciated
- Teaching experience welcomed but not required
Responsibilities
- Guide Real-World Learning: Lead students through electrical installations using professional-grade equipment in our fully equipped facility.
- Share Your Expertise: Teach residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems based on your years of field experience.
- Mentor Safety and Compliance: Pass on your knowledge of proper safety protocols and NEC code compliance.
- Demonstrate Advanced Techniques: Show students your methods for conduit work, motor controls, and system troubleshooting.
- Build Future Professionals: Watch students develop from beginners into confident, skilled electricians.
