Seda North America, a certified Great Place to Work three years running, is looking for a talented Industrial Controls Technician to join our 3rd Shift team (Monday–Friday, 11PM–7AM) in Mt.   • Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, AC/DC/Servo drives)
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize system performance
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safety compliance
  • Diagnose electrical systems using voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and logic tools
  • Support minor mechanical repairs, welding, and fabrication
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for layout and system improvements
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial controls maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HVAC and building automation systems
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of 5S, CMMS, Microsoft Office, and metric system
  • Experience with Mitsubishi controllers, compressed air, vacuum, and chilled water systems
  • Associate’s degree in a related field
