About The Position

Capstone Solutions is a locally owned construction telecommunications company seeking an Electrical / Electrician Apprentice for the greater Kent/Seattle area. Must be willing to travel (per diem provided). Requirements

• Willingness to enroll in and successfully complete Washington CITC Electrical Apprenticeship.
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent.
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical fit for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in and successfully complete Washington CITC Electrical Apprenticeship.
• Learn to read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications as required by clients.
• Run wire and install electrical components/equipment in a neat and quality manner.
• Take directions and communicate effectively.
• Learn and use electronic testing equipment.
• Support all aspects of electrical equipment installations.
• Organize materials and tools to work efficiently and maintain clean and neat work areas.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Work outside of normal business hours (i.e., shift work), to include nights and weekends, when needed.
• Be a self-starter with the desire and ability to learn and retain new knowledge.
• Be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Maintain a good work ethic, positive attitude, and team mentality.
• Lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.
• Be reliable, punctual and able to learn and retain new information.
• Hold a valid driver's license with good MVR and reliable form of transportation.
