In this role you will have the opportunity to lead Electrical design for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station projects, provide technical guidance and direction to engineering and technician staff, develop a variety of complex engineering deliverables including installation drawings, calculations, reports, and technical specifications, and coordinate with regional and global design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering technology or sciences.
• 5 years in electrical design, planning and construction services.
• Overall familiarity with and experience designing to NFPA-70: National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience with low and medium voltage power distribution design and equipment.
• Power system analysis experience in SKM, ETAP, or other analysis software a plus.

Nice To Haves

• EV charging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical design for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station projects.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering and technician staff.
• Develop a variety of complex engineering deliverables including installation drawings, calculations, reports, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with regional and global design teams.
• Coordinate with local electrical utilities on project technical needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, energy optimization, power system coordination, and arc flash hazard analysis.
• Perform construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues.
