VIATechnik is seeking a senior Electrical VDC leader to drive the successful delivery of large-scale, high-impact digital construction programs. This is not a pure modeling role - it's a strategic leadership position responsible for guiding complex electrical VDC projects from kickoff through closeout while developing high-performing global teams.
You'll partner directly with major clients, internal leadership, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope - while continuously raising the bar on quality, innovation, and operational discipline. This position offers the chance to:
Lead complex, globally visible electrical VDC programs for some of the most innovative construction projects in the world

Responsibilities

• Deliver Complex Electrical VDC Programs
• Act as a Trusted Client Advisor
• Build and Develop High-Performing Teams
• Drive Operational & Financial Discipline
• Develop detailed project plans, staffing models, and risk registers
• Maintain rigorous electrical model quality and scope compliance
• Collaborate with sales and leadership on technical strategy and proposals
• Coordinate effectively across global teams and time zones
• Lead training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Integrate AI and automation tools to improve modeling accuracy, clash detection, forecasting, and coordination workflows
