At our Fort Wayne South site, we specialize in the commercial manufacturing of Aircraft/Engine Controls and Systems, which includes manufacturing Circuit Card Assemblies. We are expanding our facility to integrate US defense into our production. Please use the following link to learn more about our US Controls and Avionics business: Controls & Avionics Solutions As an Electrical Test Engineer position supporting our Aftermarket Teams you will make impacts in the following ways; Troubleshoot Circuit Card Assemblies at both a unit and circuit card assembly level, looking at failed circuits, isolating the fault down to a component level, and then dispositioning the repair procedures Assist in the investigation of root cause of product performance and failures. Perform detailed test planning and associated test implementation activities including final product review documentation. Assist in executing test plans and priorities on the test floor. Support our manufacturing floor as needed to ensure that product continues to move through the process and play a vital part of instilling our company’s value of maintaining a lean culture. Additional Information: This position offers multiple shifts with flexible start times across our 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts including 4 day work week schedules. A 10% of salary shift differential is offered for any 2nd, 3rd or Weekend Shift position. Relocation assistance is available for candidates that reside outside the local Fort Wayne area Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
