Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Familiarity with testing standards, calculations, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to use engineering software, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Write, maintain, and analyze process recipes across digital platforms.
  • Conduct testing, gather data, and prepare clear reports and graphics.
  • Support engineering teams on complex projects and development tasks.
  • Write technical specifications for equipment procurement.
  • Operate engineering and design software to perform technical tasks.
  • Assist with capital project planning for new equipment or major repairs.
  • Integrate electrical systems with renewable energy solutions.
  • Lead or participate in LEAN‑focused Kaizen and process improvement events.
