At Array Labs, we are building the worldâs most advanced radar imaging satellites to produce an accurate, continuously updated 3D map of the Earth â providing governments and commercial organizations with critical insights into the physical world. We design and build our entire radar system in-house, from antenna panels and RF front-ends to digital electronics, calibration systems, and data processing. This vertical integration gives us control over the electrical, thermal, and mechanical constraints that set the limits on radar performance and system reliability. As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will develop the hardware, procedures, and automated test infrastructure used to validate Arrayâs radar payloads and satellite electronics. Your work will include designing test fixtures and harnesses, creating FPGA- and software-driven test interfaces, developing board- and system-level test plans, and executing environmental and functional testing across a range of operating conditions. You will collaborate closely with electrical, RF, antenna, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to diagnose issues, validate performance, and ensure flight readiness. The test systems you build will directly affect hardware reliability, calibration stability, and overall system performance on orbit. As part of our quickly growing engineering team, you will play a critical role in building the worldâs most advanced radar satellite constellationâone that will significantly improve humanityâs ability to rapidly and comprehensively understand our changing planet.
