Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
  • Experience testing spacecraft or missile systems.
  • Strong communication and ability to brief program management.
  • Proven leadership with diverse teams.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in space/missile system integration & test (electrical, EMC/EMI, environmental).
  • Knowledge of SMC-S-016 and/or MIL-STD-810.
  • Experience in a satellite or missile test lab.

Responsibilities

  • Lead setup and launch of the System Integration Lab (SIL).
  • Plan and execute electrical and functional system tests.
  • Analyze results, document findings, and validate performance.
  • Solve hardware/software interface issues and support regression testing.
  • Coordinate testing across programs and teams.
