This role is onsite, in Largo, Florida. This role may be eligible for relocation. You will do circuit analysis, circuit simulation, design documentation maintenance, trade assessments for obsolescence resolution, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware performance issues and hardware integration, test and verification. You will work on integration and test of RF/Analog/Digital components and modules. You will do the transition and integration of Special Test Equipment (STE) from Engineering Development to Full Rate Production. You will work as part of a team to analyze hardware and software specifications to determine product technical and testing requirements. You will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve test station issues and overcome product defects to determine best engineering solution. You will interact with test technicians, factory facilitators, operations managers, other engineers, Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel. You will learn how to articulate technical issues to design engineering and make recommendations for required changes. You will learn how to interface with other engineering disciplines (Manufacturing, Industrial, etc) to work together to overcome barriers and resolve issues. You will learn how to work as a technical team with technicians, operations, and supply chain to deliver quality products. You will learn advanced electronic system integration and testing ensuring compliance and required specifications are met for customers. You will learn from fellow test engineers at various points in their careers and have the future opportunity to mentor new hires. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained prior to start.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Ability to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts within the electrical engineering fields and general knowledge of other related disciplines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience working in a lab or manufacturing environment with standard EE lab/production equipment (i.e., Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMMs, signal sources, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate delivery quality and timely results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through school or extracurricular projects.
  • Willingness to support occasional travel.
