About The Position

The position involves performing avionics installations in brand new Boeing 787 aircraft, focusing on routing and installing wire harnesses, cannon plugs, and various avionics components. The role may also include occasional rework tasks. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Wichita, KS, with a work schedule that offers flexibility between first and third shifts, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• 1+ years of aerospace electrical experience or completion of an aerospace electrical program

Responsibilities

• Perform avionics installations in brand new Boeing 787 aircraft
• Route and install wire harnesses and cannon plugs
• Install avionics components, including routing, pinning, and crimping
• Conduct occasional rework as needed
