About The Position

Helix Electric is seeking a dynamic Electrical Technician to join our
production‑driven team. The successful candidate will perform electrical
installations, load bank operations, and troubleshooting in both field and shop
environments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands‑on electrical experience
• Proven load banking experience (required)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in both field and shop environments

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Electrical certifications, completed apprenticeship, or technical training

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components
• Perform load bank setup, testing, monitoring, and teardown
• Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure performance and compliance
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions efficiently
• Follow all safety standards, company policies, and OSHA regulations
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects on schedule
