Position Summary Helix Electric is seeking a dynamic Electrical Technician to join our productionâdriven team. The successful candidate will perform electrical installations, load bank operations, and troubleshooting in both field and shop environments.

Requirements

3–5 years of handsâon electrical experience
Proven load banking experience (required)
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong troubleshooting and problemâsolving skills
Ability to work in both field and shop environments

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Electrical certifications, completed apprenticeship, or technical training

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components
Perform load bank setup, testing, monitoring, and teardown
Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure performance and compliance
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Identify issues and implement corrective actions efficiently
Follow all safety standards, company policies, and OSHA regulations
Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects on schedule
