Requirements

• 2+ years of residential electrical service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman Electrician License
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in residential homes
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including panels, breakers, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, and GFCIs
• Perform home warranty repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work safely and in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and service coordinators
• Complete service tickets with accurate documentation of work performed
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Identify opportunities to improve electrical systems and customer experience
