BME Fire Trucks is seeking an Electrical Technician to support our Electrical Team. We are a locally owned Fire Truck manufacturer in Boise, Idaho. BME manufactures wildland fire apparatus used in the US and Canada for wildland fire suppression. Requirements

• Understanding of electrical principles
• Understanding of electrical circuits
• 12-volt experience
• Able to work cooperatively with others as a team and with people of diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Designing and fabricating equipment brackets and wire harnesses
• Emergency console buildouts
• Installation of Emergency lighting packages
• Multi-plex systems
• OEM Interface and programming
• Install and connect various electric wiring systems.
• Install rough electric conduct and boxes according to blueprints.
• Pull wires and harnesses through chassis or body.
