About The Position

Electrical Technician Are you interested in working in our Energy Transition Space? Join our Baker Hughes Valves Team! Electrical Technician will develop and deliver programs to train and ensure competency of channel personnel, Baker Hughes employees, and customers (end users) on the assembly, testing and servicing of Flow Control & Safety Solutions products. They will also conduct required audits of channel partners globally. They also provide product and quality system support to the channel partner.

Requirements

  • Have experience Electrical certification
  • Have Orientation in drawing documentation
  • Have Diligence
  • Have Knowledge production procedures, orientation in procedures, guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out assembly of mechanical elements before electrical assemblies.
  • Preparing and installation of cable trays and cable ducts for generators and their accessories
  • Installing of terminal blocks on all parts of generators and their accessories
  • Labeling of all machine parts and their accessories preparation and connection cables, involvement electrical accessories, sealing grommets,
  • Measuring and assembly cable volumes according to manufacturing documentation.
  • Performing preparatory activities such as cleaning threads and mating surfaces.
  • Dividing the meterage of electrical pipes and cable trays, grinding and drilling of cable trays.
  • Installing of electrical pipes and their connecting elements (fittings) and installation of cable trays on the generator and its accessories.
  • Preparatory work and cleaning, production of internal mechanical parts of terminal boxes.
  • Installation of terminal boxes on the generator and its accessories,
  • Production of labels on a laser printer, installation of labels on the generator and its parts
  • Tightening machines to the frame, cleaning generators and working with chemicals and special tools, bending pipes, threading pipes
  • Compliance with health and safety, environmental protection, work procedures and quality procedures
