About The Position

At M2X Energy, we’re rethinking how fuels and chemicals are made — turning stranded natural gas into valuable, low-carbon products that help combat climate change. As an Electrical Technician & Assembler, you’ll build and integrate the electrical backbone of our next-generation modular systems — from low-voltage controls to high-voltage panels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wire, assemble, and test electrical systems, ensuring every connection is safe, reliable, and ready for deployment. Requirements

A foundation in Electrical Technology, Engineering, or a related field (a technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent background) and 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an electrical technician, assembler, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, wiring practices, and panel assembly.
Comfort working with both low- and high-voltage systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and execute with accuracy.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical systems.
A safety-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or on a team.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Electrical technician certification or electrician’s license.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Familiarity with diagnostic and testing tools (e.g., multimeters, process calibrators, HART communicators).
Mechanical assembly or pipe fitting experience to support system integration.
Comfortable working in varied environments, including confined spaces or at heights.

Responsibilities

Assemble & Integrate: Build electrical systems and components, mount equipment, and connect instruments into the overall system.
Wire with Precision: Install and organize LV/HV panels and wiring to meet safety codes and make troubleshooting straightforward.
Test & Validate: Perform system checkouts, support factory acceptance testing (FAT), and partner with engineers to resolve issues quickly.
Ensure Quality: Conduct inspections of assemblies, wiring, and components to confirm they meet design and regulatory standards.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and fellow technicians to deliver on timelines and improve processes.
Champion Safety: Follow all safety protocols, keeping compliance and workplace safety top of mind in every task.
