WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industries. Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and industry standards. Experience with commissioning and qualification processes. Proven ability to manage contractors and cross-functional teams. The Personality Part: Picture yourself leading the electrical scope of a critical capital project within a fast-paced, highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You are comfortable navigating across design, construction, and CQV phases, acting as the key point of contact between engineering firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You thrive in structured environments where compliance and precision are essential, and you take pride in ensuring systems are designed, installed, and tested to the highest standards. You are proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues in the field, and keeping projects aligned with timelines and quality expectations. You enjoy being hands-on during installation and commissioning, ensuring systems are fully ready for turnover to equipment owners and CQV teams.
