About The Position

Subsidiary SDI Biocarbon Solutions Overview Directly supervise daytime electricians and oversee shift electricians. Manage electrical capital projects, perform electrical maintenance, organize downturn activities, execute preventive maintenance, and update documentation.

Requirements

• High level of safety awareness (LOTOTO, ELC’s, etc.) and proven safety record
• Arc flash (NFPA 70E) knowledge
• Troubleshooting and problem solving (Root Cause Analysis) skills
• Previous electrical maintenance, familiar with motor controls, variable frequency drives, power distribution and able to read electrical prints.
• Organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented

Nice To Haves

• Electrical Engineering 4 Year Degree
• Knowledge of safety policies (Lockout/Tagout) electrical installation practices, high voltage maintenance, switchgear maintenance, preventative & predictive maintenance of electrical equipment, extensive pc skills on various operating systems

Responsibilities

• Support safety initiatives, policies and procedures
• Identify and implement solutions for issues related to safety, quality and production.
• Supervise and provide electrical support for day-to-day operations as well as finishing the electrical installation plus future projects
