About The Position

Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Level 2 to serve as Electrical Supervisor for a major renewable energy project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge power generation infrastructure while leading critical electrical construction activities.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6-10 years of experience in power plant commissioning
Experience working with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers
Strong understanding of electrical systems and testing procedures
Knowledge of SCADA and fiber optic systems
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Commitment to safety as top priority

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and vendors at the project site
Understand all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation
Verify accuracy of drawings, submittals, and specifications
Oversee electrical and fiber testing (TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOCs)
Manage SCADA and fiber optics systems implementation
Report daily, weekly, and monthly on progress, quality control, and safety
Use Unifier to record and upload electrical installation QC photographs
Facilitate Request for Information (RFI) process with EPC and site engineering
Perform equipment installation inspections to ensure compliance with scope and specifications
Interface with safety, engineering, and quality control teams
Support field commissioning and turnover activities
Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance
