Opportunity Overview: Electrical Site Supervisor Long Term Project at Diablo Canyon in San Luis Obispo, CA. As an Electrical Supervisor in our nuclear operations, you will: · Manage logistics operations, staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards · Supervise electrical work related to maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting within nuclear facilities · Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards · Lead and support electrical crews, ensuring safe work practices and high-quality performance · Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets industry codes and nuclear safety requirements · Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and safety checks Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: · Extensive field experience in electrical work within a union environment · Prior experience working in nuclear facilities or other highly regulated environments · Leadership with the ability to manage crews and resolve issues on-site · Deep understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents · Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance) · High School Graduate or Equivalent Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
