The Department of Environmental Services (DES) is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for the Water Pollution Control Bureau (WPCB), a 24/7/365 continuous operation facility that treats 40 million gallons of wastewater each day from residences and businesses. This position provides direct supervision to four Licensed Electrical Power Technicians and two Power and Control Technicians. The WPCB has a complex network that ranges from a medium to low voltage. The supervisor is responsible for performing design, predictive maintenance, diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and construction work associated with electrical equipment and systems within the plant, as well as the remote sewer lift stations, and potable water pump stations across the County.
