About The Position

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our office in Dallas, TX. If it’s electric, Fisk Electric Company has it covered. As an Electrical Superintendent at Fisk Electric, reporting to The General Manager, you will have the opportunity to act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site, maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy, oversee multiple jobs & manpower for each job, develop and update the project schedule, prepare two-week look ahead schedules, update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software, assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors, coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces, communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers, and maintain accurate cost reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 8 (eight) years of commercial construction experience is required
  • 2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor
  • Experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing, and mentoring successfully
  • Experience with Conest and Accubid Software
  • Experience with project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
