About The Position

As a mid to senior level Electrical Superintendent in the Commercial and Industrial group, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects. This position involves a high level of autonomy, onsite leadership, and project management responsibilities. Salary Range: $100,000 - $175,000 / year The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market. This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, CO) and full-time remote candidates. Not Available for Entry Level Talent

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or construction management preferred
Experience: 8+ years of electrical construction supervision or field experience
Licensure: Master Electrician’s License preferred
Possesses effective written and oral communications skills
Good interpersonal and people skills
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice To Haves

Master Electrician’s License preferred
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or construction management preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the electrical installations and systems throughout the project, ensuring that all electrical work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Review and enforce adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications for all electrical works.
Inspect electrical works regularly to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Identify and address deviations or deficiencies in construction activities to minimize delays.
Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications, and provide feedback to ensure that all installations align with project requirements and goals.
Maintain and submit detailed daily progress reports, including electrical construction activities, labor hours, equipment usage, weather conditions, and documentation such as permits and inspection records.
Act as the liaison between contractors, other on-site disciplines, and the project management team.
Provide direction to contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
