About The Position

As a mid to senior level Electrical Superintendent in the Commercial and Industrial group, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects. This position involves a high level of autonomy, onsite leadership, and project management responsibilities. Salary Range: $100,000 - $175,000 / year The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market. This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, CO) and full-time remote candidates. Not Available for Entry Level Talent

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or construction management preferred
  • Experience: 8+ years of electrical construction supervision or field experience
  • Licensure: Master Electrician’s License preferred
  • Possesses effective written and oral communications skills
  • Good interpersonal and people skills
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice To Haves

  • Master Electrician’s License preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or construction management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the electrical installations and systems throughout the project, ensuring that all electrical work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Review and enforce adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications for all electrical works.
  • Inspect electrical works regularly to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Identify and address deviations or deficiencies in construction activities to minimize delays.
  • Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications, and provide feedback to ensure that all installations align with project requirements and goals.
  • Maintain and submit detailed daily progress reports, including electrical construction activities, labor hours, equipment usage, weather conditions, and documentation such as permits and inspection records.
  • Act as the liaison between contractors, other on-site disciplines, and the project management team.
  • Provide direction to contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
