We’re looking for a Building Controls - Electrical Superintendent to be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established for the MMFS Controls Electrical team. You will work with all MacDonald-Miller personnel and customers to provide technical advice, bid assistance and see that all work is executed with distinction. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Recruit, train, and oversee a team of electricians performing line and low voltage work to support the install, repair and retrofit of all manner of commercial control systems. Communicate both internal and external customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Work closely with the Controls Director of Operations to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation Work as a business partner with Account Executives, Project Managers and Field Supervision from other business units and trades.
