About The Position

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Superintendent to work on their industrial projects.

This is a full-time position based out of Fayetteville, NC with occasional travel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial electrical field supervision experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage crews effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on industrial projects
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Supervise electrical crews
• Interpret project drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and comply with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Manage manpower, materials, and daily jobsite operations while monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and supporting system testing and commissioning.

Benefits

• Salary plus OT: $50/hr, negotiable higher or lower based on experience
• Schedule: Typically 50+ hours per week, but varies from project to project
• Per Diem: $150/day if traveling
