Key Responsibilities: While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you will Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13% Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites Independently start and manage projects Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Have experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
  • Have demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
  • Have experience leading both large construction and data center projects
  • Have experience utilizing prefabrication
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
  • Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications

  • Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
  • Other duties as assigned.
