WHAT YOU'LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES): Lead on-site electrical construction for high/medium voltage systems and substations Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project leadership Act as a technical expert on electrical systems, switchgear, and interconnects Support project planning, resource scheduling, and cost control Mentor field engineers and foremen, and help drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in utility-scale solar EPC field management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of electrical codes, prints, and contract documents
Willingness to relocate to project sites as needed
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
