About The Position

Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems and components. Perform electrical service calls including troubleshooting wiring, panels, outlets, lighting, and breakers. Present repair and upgrade options to homeowners and recommend safe, code-compliant solutions. Complete electrical installations such as panel upgrades, circuits, lighting, EV chargers, and surge protection. Ensure all work meets local electrical codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations. Maintain accurate job documentation, estimates, and customer notes in company software. Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear explanations of services and options. Maintain a clean, safe work environment while protecting customer property. Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with electrical systems, products, and safety practices. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of residential electrical service experience.
  • Valid electrical license or apprentice license.
  • Strong knowledge of residential wiring, panels, troubleshooting, and electrical codes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
  • Organized, safety-focused, and comfortable using job management software.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing technical and professional training.
