About the position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This position offers full-time, year-round work with a pay range of $80,000 to $100,000. We provide weekly pay via direct deposit, paid training and onboarding, and insurance available after 31 days. Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service calls, including troubleshooting and repairs
• Install and service home generators
• Install and service EV (electric vehicle) chargers
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting, outlets, and electrical panels
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with national and local electrical codes
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate recommended solutions

Requirements

• Valid electrician license (state-specific)
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and code compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
