We love working with people who: Bring a positive attitude and professionalism to every job. Open-minded to new ways of working and willing to adapt to changing needs. Communicate clearly and confidently with customers. Work independently and manage their time like a pro. Know how to build trust and offer solutions that make customers feel heard and cared for. Have experience with ServiceTitan or are open to learning it. Have strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and apply it daily. Hold an Oregon electrical journeyman license and a valid driver’s license. It's a bonus to have your WA license, but if you don't, we'll work with you to get it within 30 days of your first day at Wolfer's. What you'll do: Talking with customers and building genuine trust. Accurately estimating time and staying on schedule. Documenting jobs, creating notes, and providing invoices. Helping our team and company grow by providing exceptional service every time.
