Position: Electrical Service Manager We are seeking an Electrical Service Manager to lead and grow our electrical service division. This role focuses on overseeing daily operations, developing team performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong electrical background who thrives on building structure, coaching teams, and driving performance. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and customer-focused, with the ability to support revenue growth through leadership, accountability, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong background in the electrical field (service experience preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to create structure, improve processes, and drive accountability
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Passion for coaching and developing team members

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the electrical service department
  • Lead, coach, and develop service technicians to maximize performance
  • Create and implement structure, processes, and accountability within the team
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including revenue and efficiency
  • Support technicians in the field with technical guidance and customer solutions
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve service offerings
  • Collaborate with dispatch and install teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate reporting on department performance and results
