The Service Manager is responsible for building, leading, and scaling Enterprise Electrical’s service department for the San Antonio branch. This role is a ground-up leadership position and is not an inherited or fully established service operation. The Service Manager will oversee service execution, pricing, customer relationships, technician performance, and profitability while ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to Enterprise Electrical standards. Enterprise Electrical is a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor specializing in design-build and service work. We value accountability, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The Service Manager plays a critical role in expanding service revenue, improving margins, and establishing scalable service processes that support long-term branch growth.
