Requirements

Must be 21 or older
Minimum of one year of residential electrical experience
Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience with residential standby generators, including installation, diagnostics, or manufacturer-certified training

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and components.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on standby home generators (e.g., Generac, Honeywell, Briggs & Stratton, etc.).
Install, commission, and service home backup generators, transfer switches, and associated wiring.
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions.
Provide clear communication and education to homeowners on electrical and generator solutions.
Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold safety standards.
Collaborate with teammates to meet customer expectations and department goals.
Ensure all work is completed to code and company standards.
