Electrical Service Advisor

We’re looking for a someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, diagnosing electrical issues, and helping them choose the best repair or upgrade option. This is a customer-facing advisor role — not heavy install work. Commission-based with strong earning potential. Licensed Journeyman Electrician preferred. Requirements
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently
- Integrity — we educate customers, not pressure them
- Comfortable with tablets/technology (Service Titan experience is a bonus)
Nice To Haves
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician preferred
- Service Titan experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Run scheduled service appointments (no cold calling)
- Diagnose electrical issues and safety concerns
- Build and present good/better/best options
- Explain solutions clearly and confidently
- Close jobs on-site or schedule installation with our production team
- Follow Mister Sparky’s standards for punctuality and professionalism
- Create 5-star customer experiences every time
