Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in electrical, HVAC, or related home service industries (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems and residential services (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • A positive attitude, professional presence, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to assess their electrical needs, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare and present accurate proposals, service plans, and financing options in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
  • Provide education on electrical systems, upgrades, safety enhancements, and energy-efficient options.
  • Collaborate closely with our licensed electricians and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build long-term relationships through trust, communication, and reliable follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
  • Stay up to date on new electrical products, technologies, and industry trends.
