As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. This role serves as the principal Electrical Safety Leader, responsible for defining, aligning, and implementing a comprehensive, cross-functional goal and strategy aimed at achieving electrical safety across the entire data center fleet. In this role, you will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical authority to influence safe design, construction, and operational practices, while simultaneously leading a portfolio of core electrical safety programs. You will be driving innovation by researching, standardizing, and deploying technologies and practices to elevate safety performance, all while establishing and enforcing a compliance and risk management framework backed by stringent KPI tracking and a formalized training and governance structure for all personnel.
