Requirements

Ability to use tools/equipment such as impact guns, wrenches, hammers, tape measures, cranes, and other necessary tools
Fast-paced individuals willing to cross-train and learn new skills
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Work as part of a production team to assemble electrical components
Inspect and test harnesses and assemblies
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, instructions, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other documentation
Assist supervisors in coordinating the activities of manufacturing personnel
Help maintain inventory, supplies, and tools
Assist in department scheduling
Keep the work area clean and organized
Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed
Recommend improvements to procedures
