Come grow with us! The Electrical Reliability Engineer will provide electrical engineering to operating departments as required to resolve maintenance, technical, and equipment reliability issues. This role will employ reliability focused concepts to improve overall equipment reliability and work effectively on cross-functional teams to maintain equipment to achieve downtime reduction. The engineer will monitor the effectiveness of predictive and preventative maintenance programs and drive improvement. Additionally, they will lead root cause failure analysis on electrical equipment, develop corrective actions, and track results. The position also involves providing technical guidance and improving the safety, reliability, and efficiency of operating equipment through the application of reliability engineering practices.
