About The Position

Resource Group is currently hiring for the position of Electrical QA with cleanroom/ Semi Conductor experience a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical systems in base building projects. Electrical Specific Information Support all customers in driving resolution to design package and panel schedule issues Manage the EEW, COHE and lock out/tag out procedures and sign-off Review Electrical SIPP’s for accuracy of content Instrument & Controls experience, NEC knowledge, specifications knowledge preferred

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical QA or related role, preferably in base building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting electrical design plans and specifications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project team members and contractors.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for electrical QA.
  • Must have VA or WA Electrical License or 5years of QA/QC.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and tests on electrical systems in base building projects to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
  • Review electrical design plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and address any issues or concerns in electrical systems.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement and ensure timely resolution of any quality-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest codes, standards, and industry best practices related to electrical systems.
  • Support all customers in driving resolution to design package and panel schedule issues
  • Manage the EEW, COHE and lock out/tag out procedures and sign-off
  • Review Electrical SIPP’s for accuracy of content
