Project Manager – S&W Contracting About S&W Contracting Company S&W Contracting is a leading full-service electrical contractor serving Middle Tennessee and surrounding regions. Industrial Electrical – Comprehensive design & installations and ongoing electrical maintenance for factories and large facilities. Traffic Control & Area Lighting – Traffic signals, street/parking lot lighting, ballpark lighting, and advanced LED systems. Service & Maintenance – 24/7 proactive repairs, testing, and preventative maintenance programs. Building Automation – Intelligent HVAC, lighting, and energy control systems. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Foreman in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
- A network of clients and the ability to bring new business opportunities to S&W.
- Proven success in managing crews and leading multi-site projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and estimating software (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Bring a proven crew of electrical professionals to support successful project execution.
- Leverage existing client relationships to secure new projects and drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor project costs, prepare forecasts, and maintain profitability.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents across multiple sectors.
- Identify project challenges and implement proactive solutions.
