About The Position

Texas Trades is partnering with a leading commercial client in the Dallas area and we're looking for a confident, hands-on Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to closeout. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of construction experience, ideally managing electrical commercial projects.
• Strong command of project controls, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills and comfort with project documentation systems.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Experience on fast-paced commercial electrical builds or facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, closeout, and warranty follow-through.
• Manage client relationships and set clear expectations on quality, schedule, and priorities.
• Coordinate estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting, and field execution.
• Lead project teams and subcontractors; build staffing plans, work scopes, and schedules.
• Track contracts, change orders, bulletins, and field work orders with clean documentation.
• Monitor job costs, forecast risks, and deliver strong monthly financial updates.
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations.
• Keep communication flowing between the field, office, and client so nothing gets missed.
