About The Position

We are hiring a motivated Electrical Project Manager with 1–2 years of commercial and industrial PM experience to join our growing team. This position is based full-time in Isanti, MN working in-office five days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into an active project environment with strong growth potential. Right away, you will be working on multiple year-long commercial and industrial projects, with several new builds and major electrical upgrade projects starting up this Spring. Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical project management
• Understanding of electrical construction processes and workflows
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with scheduling, documentation, and basic job costing
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep projects moving while balancing office coordination and field execution.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with electricians, subcontractors, and internal teams.
