About The Position

Join a rapidly growing electrical division as a mid-level Electrical Project Manager. This role requires overseeing 10-15 projects with a cumulative value of approximately $15 million. The position involves assisting with submittals and RFIs, completing daily reports, and mentoring two Assistant Project Managers within the electrical division.

Requirements

• Project management experience in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction documentation and federal construction processes.
• Understanding of RFIs and submittals.
• Procore experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of electrical construction management experience, preferably on federal government projects.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Technologically sound, with experience in cloud-based systems.
• Background in construction programming/software is advantageous.
• Mature professional with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
