Requirements

5+ years of electrical project management experience — preferably in construction.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to manage multi-phase projects and lead diverse teams.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical construction projects from start to finish — on time and on budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients for seamless execution.
Build project scopes, schedules, and financial plans, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Use project management tools to track progress, costs, and risk mitigation.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing status updates and actionable insights.
