  • Supervise all project personnel
  • Take responsibility for productivity, safety, and safety audits
  • Perform job walks
  • Manage billings and ensure accurate front-end billing
  • Participate in Project Manager meetings
  • Develop phase codes for the project
  • Create and manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Provide input on project schedules
  • Write commodity purchase orders from installation estimates
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors financially
  • Estimate change orders on projects
  • Assist project team with labor cost codes
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping for all job phases
  • Create change estimates for project modifications
  • Perform detailed installation estimates for various systems
  • Manage material procurement processes
  • Take responsibility for submittals and procurement of materials
  • Ensure proper maintenance of construction documents
  • Engage in required meetings
  • Obtain necessary permits for job locations
  • Assist with project closeout documentation
  • Coordinate with service department prior to job completion
  • Support Preconstruction Services
  • Accurate man loading of project scope
  • Set up job with project team
  • Utilize support service groups effectively

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field OR a Journeyman's License with five years of progressive experience in the electrical trade is preferred
