This position manages and directs projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring adherence to contract documents including plans, specifications, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates. The role involves coordinating project scheduling and communication, managing data and material resources throughout the life of a project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction. This position has been designated as safety sensitive, requiring the employee’s full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute all job responsibilities.
