About The Position

For a talented engineer with experience designing electrical systems for large industrial and commercial facilities. Join an integrated team of architects, engineers and project managers and engage in challenging projects up to $500 million for many of the biggest brands in the industry. This key role will execute a broad set of engineering competencies, technical design knowledge, consultation and problem-solving skills as well as provide mentorship to others in an environment that values collaboration.

Requirements

BSEE required; EI a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience designing electrical systems for large industrial and commercial facilities, preferably within the A/E consulting industry
Willingness to pursue professional registration, if not already registered
Independently creates high quality construction documents
Excellent interpersonal skills, work ethic and demonstrated leadership capabilities
Interacts with client subject matter experts and provides design guidance

Responsibilities

Leads engineering and design teams to prepare drawings and specifications for lighting and lighting control systems
Leads engineering and design teams to prepare drawings and specifications for low and medium voltage power distribution systems
Leads engineering and design teams to prepare drawings and specifications for specification of basic material and methods
Leads engineering and design teams to prepare drawings and specifications for development of control systems for mechanical and refrigeration systems
Proactively work across multi-discipline design teams
