Requirements

  • High voltage 480V wiring and components.
  • Low voltage wiring and components.
  • Electrical Safety standards and wiring.
  • Experience of assembly and test of electromechanical products
  • Knowledge of lock-out, tag-out and other standard safety practices.
  • Proper use of electrical test equipment.
  • Pneumatics and hydraulics electrical control
  • Electrical safety switches and controls.
  • AC/ DC circuits.
  • Read and understand electrical schematic drawings and Bill-of-Materials.
  • Understand HMI, PLC, and Drives programs

Responsibilities

  • Work with Production Manager and lead technicians to assemble and test machines as required to meet production schedules.
  • Assist with training of interns in the shop floor.
  • Ensure all assembly and testing activities are completed in accordance with product specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
